G-Force Racing is For Sale

October 12, 2006 - The Agitator has decided to retire from racing due to time constraints and to pursue other interests. The entire racing operation is for sale turnkey for $150,000. That is less than it cost to build a new Mauney car with a Fulton motor. The car is in immaculate condition and has very few total passes. Previous owners have been Ed Hoover (1995 & 1996) and Vern Mills (1997 - 2000). Since 2001, the car has made 57 eighth mile passes. The Motor is a Gene Fulton 706 cubic inch (5" bore spacing) and only has 29 eighth mile passes since being built brand new. The motor is equipped with 4 nitrous systems, 3 foggers systems and a viper system. A Trick Titanium 8 1/8 bellhousing, Ram triple disc clutch, Lenco CS1 four speed transmission and Racepak SC1000 computer complete the car's combination. Included in the turnkey price along with the car are the following:

  1. 1999 Progressive Trailer - 40 ft, triple axle with A/C, Onan Marquis 7K generator, Craftsman Professional 25 gallon 175 PSI air compressor, PC with large monitor, attachable awning, storage cabinets, tool box, nitrous bottle heaters (1 Hotbox & 1 water box), Super Winch 3500S with remote, stereo system and Pit Pal accessories
  2. 2000 Ford F450, Crew Cab (decked out), Powerstoke 7.3 liter with Elkhart Hauler Bed. 40,700 original miles
  3. Electric Golfcart with matching paint scheme of the car with 36V charger
  4. Pro-Jack lifting system for the car
  5. Turbo Start 16V charger and 2 new Turbo Start 16V batteries (never used)
  6. 12 - 10# full nitrous bottles, nitrous refill station with pump, 4 full 60# cylinders, bottle scale, 2 bottle warmers, 12V warmer battery and 12V charger
  7. 8 new pistons that match motor
  8. Spare set of Headers - current headers that are on the car are Gebler stainless steel with merge collectors
  9. Spare Mark Williams center section with new 4.10 Richmond gears
  10. Extra drive shafts, axles and transmission parts
  11. Clutch cooling fan
  12. All race related parts, tools, equipment and supplies are included

After almost 20 years of on /off racing, it is a very difficult decision to be made, but Grant "TA" Hensley has finally decided to hang it up. There are no regrets and TA has accomplished more in the sport of drag racing than he ever dreamed possible.
